The background for this week’s literature selection was perfect to present after such a lovely Sunday. In preparation for reading a story tomorrow about things people do in warm weather, today we talked about the things we did in the wonderful Sunday sunshine! How nice it was to get a little taste of Spring/Summer! But as I reminded the children… Mother Nature is a trickster! Just because it seems like lovely warm weather in the morning, we may be shivering by afternoon recess. It’s always best to be prepared with layers and jackets. Even short sleeves and bare legs in the classroom and hallways can be uncomfortable sometimes.
