Procedure for HS 1P (1/6/09)
Objectives: 1) Students will review 20 sample semester exam questions. 2) Students will review direction terms and room terms.
H/W: 1) Review the revised winter break packet. 2) Review sample semester exam questions.
Procedure:
1. 1) Turn in your H/W of New Year’s Resolutions slip. 2) Collect field trip permission slip w/money, if any. 3) Writing section of semester exam is due on 1/16/09.
2. Review sample questions. Record down the answers.
3. Review all direction terms/room names (上/下, 左/右, 前/後, 裡/外, 對, 反, 面/邊, 臥室, 廚房, 客廳, 飯廳, 洗衣房, 廁所, 浴室, 車庫, 書房, 新的, 舊的, 破的, 壞的).
4. Matching activity.
Procedure for HS 2P/9P (1/6/09)
Objectives: 1) Students will review 20 sample semester exam questions. 2) Students will review sentence patterns. 3) Students will start Lesson 6.
H/W: 1) Write one row for each new character. Memorize new characters. 2) Review the revised winter break packet. 3) Review sample semester exam questions.
Procedure:
- 1) Take one square paper for H/W today. Take one handout (character list for Lesson 6). 2) Turn in your New Year’s Resolutions slip. 3) Collect field trip permission slip w/money, if any. 4) Writing section test of semester exam is conducted on 1/16/09.
- Review sample questions. Record down the answers.
- Review sample sentence patterns. Write down sentence patterns for your own record and reference. Group discussion.
- Model new characters (爸. 媽, 姊, 妹).
Procedure for MS 3P/5P (1/6/09)
Objectives: 1) Students will learn 4 color terms. 2) Students will construct 3 more sentences for their oral presentation.
H/W: Memorize 4 color terms.
Procedure:
1. 1) Quiz #4 next Monday (1/12/09). 2) Mr. Goodman and Ms. Brown will cover for me while I go on field trip this Friday. 3) Check your H/W. 4) Makeup quiz today for those absent on 12/19/09.
2. Quick review of four colors. Informal assessment.
