Procedure for HS 1P (12/7/10)

Objectives: Students will be able to showcase their mastery of Lesson Five materials.

Homework: Practice Lesson Five text passages and Review Sounds 1 handout for audacity on Thursday.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Turn in your Lesson Five characters worksheet.   2) Questions?
  2. Lesson Five chapter test.

Procedure for HS 2P (12/7/10)

目標: Students will be able to finish up new characters in Lesson One.  功課: 1) Practice Lesson One text passages on pages for audacity on Thursday.  2) Write new characters.

程序:

  1. Quick review (詞典, 自己, 一定, 計算機, 記得, 忘記, 教室, 行政, 圖書館, 禮堂, 辦公室, 大樓, 流利, 馬馬虎虎. 意思, 作業, 注意, 問題, 清楚, 說話).
  2. Teach new characters (注, 清, 楚, 懂, 題, 作, 業) –好意, 思想, 注意, 清楚, 懂不懂, 懂了, 不懂, 問題, 題目, 考題, 作業, 工作.
  3. Practice conversation questions: 怎麼寫, 怎麼說, 怎麼做… / 在…/ 注意聽, 注意看.

Procedure for HS 9P (12/7/10)

Objectives: Students will be able to showcase their mastery of Lesson Three materials.

功課: Practice Lesson Three text passages for audacity recording on Thursday.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Return flash drives, papers, ect.  2) Turn in your Lesson Three characters worksheet.  2) Questions?
  2. Lesson Three chapter test: part I (reading and writing).  Part II (listening comprehension) will be tomorrow.

Procedure for MS 3P (12/7/10)

Objectives: 1) Students will be able to complete their skit today.  2) Students will be able to start a new unit: number today.  3) Students will be able to know the requirements for upcoming projects.

Homework: Study for quiz #1 tomorrow.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Quick review (Ni Hao, Lao Shi, Zai Jian, Ni Shi, Wo Shi, Wu An, Wan An, Zao, Zao An, Ni Zao, Zao Shang Hao, Xie Xie, Bu Xie, Bu Ke Qi, Dui Bu Qi, Mei Guan Xi, Shang Ke, Xia Ke, Qi Li, Jing Li, Zuo Xia, Qing Zuo, Dong le ma, Dong le, Bu Dong, Tong Xue men Hao).  2) Review learned characters (日, 月, 水, 木, 火, 人, 口, 山).
  2. Pass out Four Tone table / topics.
  3. Seat work: Complete your skit.  Collect.
  4. Go over art project / oral presentation requirements.
  5. Teach new terms with Chinese characters (yi, er, san, si, wu).
  6. DVD: Chongqing / Chinese Civilization and Art.

Procedure for MS 5P (12/7/10)

Objectives: Students will showcase their mastery of Lesson Five materials.

Homework: Practice Lesson Five text passages and Review Sounds 1 handout for audacity tomorrow.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Turn in your Lesson Five characters worksheet.   2) Questions?
  2. Lesson Five chapter test.
  3. Read text passages on pages 32-35 in both traditional and simplified versions.
