Procedures for 5/26/11

Procedure for HS 1P (5/26/11)

 

Objectives: Students will be able to finish up their PPT about themselves. 

Homework: 1) PPT file and printout due tomorrow.  2) Practice your conversation dialogue.

Procedure:

  1. Finalize your PPT and use your PPT checklist to make sure you fulfill all the requirements.  All slides should have either a clip art or a digital picture.
  2. Log onto Trey’s blog, www.treyschinalife.blogspot.com, to check out his recent activities.
  3. Go to P drive and click Ni Hao 1 interactive game under Ms. Chang’s folder.

 

Procedure for HS 2P (5/26/11)

 

目標: 1) Students will be able to showcase their mastery of Lesson Three material.  2) Students will be able to appreciate the 2008 Beijing Olympics theme song.

功課: Work on your bonus point, if you wish.

程序:

  1. 1) Seniors, please return your textbooks by Friday, 5/27/11.  2) Questions?  3) Lesson Three chapter test part II.
  2. Music appreciation (Beijing Welcomes you).

 

Procedure for HS 9P (5/26/11)

 

Objectives: 1) Students will be able to showcase their mastery of all vocabulary/terms in Lesson Eight.  2) Students will be able to sharpen their oral proficiency in carrying out a conversation.

功課: practice your oral semester exam. 

Procedure:

Procedure for MS 3P (5/26/11)

 

Objectives: 1) Students will be able to prepare flash cards for their next unit of colors.  2) Students will be able to gain cultural knowledge about China’s giant panda.

Homework: Study for quiz tomorrow.

Procedure:

  1. Make flash cards.  Collect for grades.
  2. Finish reading Legend of Panda.

 

**  Concert Assembly today.  Only 30 minutes class time.

 

Procedure for MS 5P (5/26/11)

 

Objectives: 1) Students will be able to express their preferences of food.  2) Students will be able to showcase their listening and oral proficiency.

Homework: 1) PPT file and printout are due in class tomorrow.  2) Study your semester exam.  3) WB page 69 (partial).

Procedure:

  1. 1) Captains check WB page 77.  Go over answer key.  2) Quick review (口渴, 喝水, 很餓, 很渴, 好餓, 好渴, 想吃, 三明治, 水果, 果汁, 牛奶, 奶水, 喜歡, 歡喜, 中國菜, 炒飯, 炒菜, 真的啊, 筷子, 可是, 不客氣/气= 別客氣/气, 全家, 全班, 全國/国, 太太, 太好了, 熱/热水, 熱/热狗, 冰水, 冰棒, 牛肉, 雞肉, 豬肉, 魚肉, 炸雞, 炸蝦).
  2. 2. Teach new characters (治, 果, 汁, 牛, 奶) with terms (三明治, 水果, 果汁, 牛奶, 奶水). 
  3. Oral semester exam ó study for your semester exam, read passages on pages 93-95, practice reading your PPT to one or two friends.
