Procedures for 9/6/11

Procedure HS Chinese IV (9/6/11)

目标 (MùBiāo): 1) 我會問和回答問題/我会问和回答问题.  I can ask/answer questions.

功课: 1) Goals for this year.  2) Signature slip.  Due this Thursday.  3) Audio files #1154/1191.  4) Make a Voki invitation. Due next Monday.

程序 (ChéngXù):

1.   1) Take one copy of On-line Translator Use Policy, and Checklist for 6-term Dialogue.  2) Open house from 7 to 9 PM tomorrow.  Help your parents to fill out your schedule so that they know which classroom to go and whom to meet.  Parents can go to cafeteria for refreshments at your study hall period.  3) Tornado drill at 8:15 AM tomorrow.

2.   Go over On-line translator Use Policy.  Sign by you and your parent, please.  Due Thursday.

3.   1) Go over the Checklist for 6-term dialogue.  2) Browse through textbook.  Write down your goals for this year.  Collect, if done.  3) Go over 6-term draft.

4.   1) Check WB page 34.  2) Teach new characters and terms (抱, 歉, 能, 得, 陪).

 Procedure HS Chinese III (9/6/11)

目标 (MùBiāo): 1) 我會形容天氣/我会形容天气.  I can describe weather.  2) 我會問和回答問題/我会问和回答问题.  I can ask/answer questions.

功课: 1) Pen pal letter and 6-term dialogue writing assignments due tomorrow.  2) Signature slip.  Due this Thursday.

程序 (ChéngXù):

Objectives: 1) I can say simple greeting terms.  2) I can write Chinese characters.

Homework: 1) Review learned greeting terms.  2) Complete character writing assignment.

Procedure:

1.   1) Return China reading packet.  2) Book cover for textbook??  School supplies??  Missing China reading packet (2P: Lance, Laura, James) 3) Quick review.  4) Finish greeting terms.

2.   Read Lesson One pages 1-6.

3.   Teach new characters.

4.   Pair activity—quiz each other.

 

 

Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 3P/5P (9/6/11)

Objectives: 1) I can say simple greeting terms.  2) I can write Chinese characters.

Homework:  1) Review learned greeting terms.  2) Complete character writing assignment.

Procedure:

1.   1) Return China reading packet.  Missing China reading packet (3P: Joe, Kyle DeLuca, Natalie; 5P: Jennifer, Ashley).  2) Quick review.  3) Finish greeting terms.  4) Pass out and read cultural reading packet pages 1-6.

2.   Teach new characters.

3.   Pair activity—quiz each other.
