  1. 1) Quick review + dictation (g).  2) Whole class activity : Read syllables (b, p, m, f, d, t, n, l).  3) (2P) Finalize sock issue??  4) Quiz #3: Friday, 10/5/12.  It covers 1) memorization of your Chinese name, reading any random 4 syllables from bpmf, dtnl handout, and blending for gkhjqx handout.  Chapter Three unit test: Friday, 10/12/12.  It covers math equations in all 4 LRSW skills and blendings in zh ch sh z s c handout.
  2. 1) Teach k section.  2) Teach new characters (乘, 以, 除以).

Homework: Write 6 rows of Chinese characters (2 rows for each of your Chinese name characters).  Due tomorrow.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Check your e-mail for two attachments. Use the first one to type a paragraph of pinyin and a paragraph of Chinese characters.  E-mail your work to Ms. Chang through changj@bbhcsd.org.  2) Use the second one to find out your Chinese name.  Let Ms. Chang know your decision.  Learn to write your Chinese name.
