Procedure for HS 1P Chinese III (12/19/12)
目标: I can review Chinese through playing games and singing songs.
功课: 1) E-mail Ms. Chang your Movie Comprehension Questions by the end of today. 2) Storybook due on 1/4/13.

Procedure for MS 2P/7P Chinese I (12/19/12)
Objectives: 1) I can talk about my family. 2) I can review Chinese through singing songs and playing games.
Homework: 1) Know all learned characters when school resumes on 1/2/13. 2) E-mail Ms. Chang your family picture sodapdf (jpeg or PDF format) by 1/2/13. Count for 5 points.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return chapter test and character worksheet. 2) Makeup work (3P: Jose—character worksheet; 7P: Jackson—reading, Andrew + Chloe—reading text passages, definitions, character worksheet, & test). 3) Quick review (家, 爸, 妈/媽, 哥, 弟). 3) Teach new characters (姊/姐,妹,有,个).

Procedure for MS 3P/5P Exploratory Chinese (12/19/12)
Objectives: 1) I can say and write numbers in Chinese. 2) I can acquire cultural knowledge about Chinese tea and Chinese finger guessing game. 3) I can explore Chinese finger guessing game.
Homework: 1) Review 12 learned terms. 2) Complete character writing assignment.
Procedure:
- 1) (3P) Return quiz #1 paper. Makeup work (3P: Portia). 2) Quick review. 3) Teach new terms (jiu, shi, ling, bai). 4) Showcase tea leaves.
- 1) Culture reading: Chinese tea / Finger guessing game. 2) Game time.
- Origami time: Pin. Collect as participation grade.
