Procedure for HS 1P Chinese III (1/24/13)

HS Midterm Exam Week (1/22/13-1/24/13)

1.   Product for Getting Around Town Project is due on Monday, 1/28/13.

2.   苏丽雯 (schedule + project checklist), 米嘉琳 & 林凯丽, get your number for new seat at 3Q.

3.   史玖丹, 林凯丽, 乐迪恩和苏丽雯, claim your Getting Around Town facility choice.

 

Procedure for MS 2P/7P Chinese I (1/24/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can create a PowerPoint presentation about my family.  2) I can sharpen my listening skill through listening to / watching Chinese video clips.  3) I can learn to create various craft products with Chinese red envelops through watching video clips.

Homework: Printout from your family paragraph PPT.  Use Handout format when you print (2, 3, or 6 slides per page, please).  Due on Monday, 1/28/13.

Procedure:

  1. Create PowerPoint slides to introduce your family members.  Include their relationship to you, their name, age, occupation, and picture for each family member.  Your family picture has been e-mailed to you.  Please download and save it into your H drive.  Then directly copy the image into your PPT slide.  No need to open the file of image when you download it.

Procedure for MS 3P/5P Exploratory Chinese (1/24/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can acquire cultural knowledge about Chinese zodiac animals.  2) I can sing Chinese song.  3) I can play games in Chinese version.

Homework: N/A

Procedure:

  1. 1) Makeup work (5P: Nate: oral presentation + art project).  2) DVD: Chinese zodiac animals.  3) Pass out / teach body parts handout.  4) Sing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.  5) Make origami: balloon.
  2. Game time: Follow the Leader.
