Procedure:

  1. Students will be drawn randomly to take oral exam.  ó Type your skit.
  2. Transfer your paragraph about pet into your PPT project and insert pictures for your pets.
  3. Go to I drive, click Ms. Chang’s folder, click Ni Hao 3rd edition, log onto the system, and click Lesson Seven to review for your chapter test.

Procedure for MS 3P/5P Exploratory Chinese (2/14/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can say and write numbers in Chinese.  2) I can acquire cultural knowledge about Chinese characters + Chinese calligraphy.  3) I can showcase my mastery of greeting terms.

Homework: 1) Number character writing assignment due tomorrow.  2) Review 12 number terms.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Quick review (numbers 1-8).  2) Teach new terms and write new characters (jiu, shi, ling, bai).  3) Audio file for numbers.
  2. 1) DVD: (5P) Chinese characters + Chinese calligraphy.  2) Showcase brush pen, ink stone, ink stick, and xuan paper.
  3. 1) Tea tasting.  2) (3P) Origami time: Pass out / prepare colored paper.
