Procedure for HS 1P Chinese III (3/25/13)

目标: 1) I can create and present a video with a partner by applying what I have learned before.  2) I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.

功课: Prepare your oral exam and present your video if you have not done so today.

程序:

1.   1) Makeup work (甘博力, 柯佩芝, 甘士凯, 葛沛思, 郑阳冬, 李文敦, 柏莉雅, 林凯丽)—Lesson Four character writing assignment.  2) Captains checks Lesson Six character definitions.  3) Check ProgressBook for accuracy, please.

2.   1) Video presentation.  2) Return Lesson Four chapter test papers / Lesson Four character writing assignment.  Claim a retake form, please.  Questions?

 

 

Procedure for MS 2P/7P Chinese I (3/25/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can prepare for my chapter test.  2) I can read text passages fluently.  3) I can create and present a skit with a partner by applying what I have learned before.

Homework: 1) Practice reading text passages.  2) Study for your chapter test on Wednesday, 3/27/13.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Check ProgressBook for accuracy.  2) Pass out / go over Lesson Nine chapter test study guide.  3) Read text passages on pages 77-79.
  2. 1) Skit presentation.  2) Writing practice.

 

 

 

Procedure for MS 3P/5P Exploratory Chinese (3/25/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can say simple Chinese numbers and write Chinese number characters.  2) I can acquire cultural knowledge about Chinese characters.

Homework: 1) Review 28 greeting terms + 4 number terms, 8 Chinese picture characters + 4 number characters.  2) Chinese character writing assignment.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Quick review (28 terms + 8 characters).  2) Teach new terms (yi, er, san, si).  3) Teach Chinese characters (一, 二, 三, 四).
  2. 1) Culture reading: Chinese characters (text page 3).  2) DVD: Chinese characters.
