Procedures for 4/24/13

Procedure for HS 1P Chinese III (4/24/13)

目标: 1) I can read text passages fluently.  2) I can ask and answer conversation questions.  3) I can create/present a story with my partners.

功课: 1) Pen pal letter final work due tomorrow.  2) Round robin reading (page 66): Friday, 4/26/13.

程序:

1.      1) Anyone turns in answer to the challenging question on text page 68?  2) Captains check WB page 63.  Go over answer key.  3) Pass out / go over Lesson Six Chapter Test Study Guide.  4) Read text passages on pages 64-66.  5) Group presentation.

2.      Round robin reading (pages 64-65) ó Independent work: practice reading text passages on pages 64-66 + conversation questions practice.

3.      Go over Conversation questions handout.

Procedure for MS 2P/7P Chinese I (4/24/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.  2) I can introduce and talk about my friend.  3) I can prepare for my chapter test.

Homework: 1) Study / Practice reading text passages.  Round robin reading (pages 85-87): Friday, 4/26/13.  2) Slides of your friend due today.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Create a slide about your best friend (name, age, grade, physical description) and add your grade information to your PPT slides.  Print out a copy for Ms. Chang, please.  2) Oral exam ó Conversation questions practice / work on writing practice problems.
  2. 1) Go to I drive, click Ms. Chang’s folder, click 3rd edition, click Ni Hao 1, and click Lesson Ten to play interactive review game.  2) Use your PPT checklist to self-assess your PPT work.

 

Procedure for MS 3P/5P Exploratory Chinese (4/24/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can talk about myself in Chinese.  2) I can showcase my mastery of colors in Chinese.

Homework: Practice reading your ten sentences if you have not done so today.

Procedure:

1.      1) Quiz #4.  2) Oral presentation ó 1) Do homework, 2) Study your tests, 3) read Chinese literature, and 4) try Tangram + origami exploration.
