Procedure for MS Chinese I 1P / 2P / 8P (10/10/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can review chapter test through games and simulation practice.  2) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese numbers, abacus and kites.

Homework: 1) Review learned syllables and characters.  Study for your chapter test on Monday, 10/14/13.  2) WB page 21.

Procedure:

1.      1) Ms. Chang checks your WB page 20 (#7-#12).  2) Volunteers needed for quiz #6 ó Go to I drive, click Ms. Chang’s folder, click Ni Hao games, click 3rd edition, click Ni Hao 1 games, log in with your name as user name and any key input as password, and click Lesson Three to activate the game.  There are six games (characters, expressions, memory, construction, mahjong, quick pick).  Click any one that you want to try.

Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 3P/5P (10/10/13)

 

Objectives: 1) I can gain geographical, historical and political knowledge about China.  2) I can say simple Chinese greeting terms. 

Homework: 1) Review learned greeting terms.  2) Quiz #1: Monday, 10/21/13. 

Procedure:

1.     1) Any signature slip?  Collect China reading packet.  2) Teach greeting terms (Ni Hao, Ni Shi, Wo Shi, Zai Jian). 

2.     1) Video clips: Shanghai / Tianjin.  2) Culture reading: China, pages 1-2, (3P) 4.
