Procedure for MS Chinese I 1P / 2P / 8P (2/25/14)


Objectives: 1) I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.  2) I can read text passages fluently.  3) I can recognize Chinese characters proficiently.

Homework: 1) Practice reading text passages.  2) Practice conversation questions.


1.      1) Opening routine.  2) Picture viewing time (2/15/14 Library Event).  3) Quick review (加拿大, 加拿大人, 中文, 英文, 德文, , 本子, 一本书, 日本, 日文, 日本人, 中国, 中国人, 美国, 美国人, 英国, 英国人, 德国, 德国人, 哪国人, 哪个人, 哪只狗, 哪只猫, 哪只鸟, 哪匹马, 哪条鱼, 哪一个, 哪本书, 美德).  4) Read text passages on pages 66-67.  5) Lesson 4-5 character recognition.  6) 3 review activities.

2.      1) (1P) Conversation Q/A.  2) (8P) Chanting time.




Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 3P/5P (2/25/14)


Objectives: 1) I can talk about myself.  2) I can apply what I learn to create an art project.  3) I can explore tangram pieces game.  4) I can name colors in Chinese.

Homework: Oral presentation starts from tomorrow (on 2/26 and 2/27).


1.      1) Quick review (hong se, huang se, hei se, bai se, lan se, lv se, zi se, zong se).  Teach new terms (hui se, cheng se, fen hong se).  2) Practice reading 10 sentences.

2.      Ms. Chang calls on students to turn in your art project ó Study hall time + Tangram pieces game + puzzle time.
