Procedure for MS Chinese I 1P / 2P / 8P (3/11/14)


Objectives: 1) I can use an on-line assessment tool to review my chapter test.  2) I can play an interactive game to review my chapter test.  3) I can create a slide about my nationality, language skill and birthday.  4) I can learn to sing Chinese songs.  5) I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.

Homework: 1) Google Docs share with Ms. Chang your PPT (with new nationality + language skill + birthday paragraph) at the end of the class.  2) Study for your chapter.


  1. 1) (8P) Sit on your assigned seat, please.  Take your oral exam ó Type your nationality + language skill + birthday paragraph.  Insert 2 pictures.  Be sure to give Ms. Chang permission to comment on your work.  2) 2P students complete your oral exam at 6P today.  3) Please go to I drive, click Chang folder, click Ni Hao game, 3rd edition, log in to play Ni Hao interactive game to review Lesson 8.  4) Play quizlet vocabulary review game by clicking the following link, http://quizlet.com/17809053/ni-hao-1-8-flash-cards/.

Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 3P/5P (3/11/14)


Objectives: 1) I can say simple greeting terms.  2) I can write simple Chinese characters.  3) I can gain cultural and historical knowledge about Chinese characters.

Homework: Review 17 learned greeting terms.  2) Chinese character writing assignment.


1.      1) Quick review (12 terms + 3 characters).  3) Teach new terms (Wu An, Wan An, Dong Le Ma, Dong le, Bu dong).

2.      1) Teach new characters (water, fire).  2) Culture reading: China.
