Procedure for MS Chinese I 1P / 4P / 8P (1/28/15)

Objectives: 1) I can sight read pinyin sentences fluently and accurately. 2) I can complete a skit script independently or with a partner. 3) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese animals.

Homework: 1) Practice conversation questions.   2) Pet paragraph is due on Friday, 1/30/15. 3) Practice reading text pages.  4) Your skit script and checklist are due at the end of class period today. 

Procedure:

Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 3P / 5P (1/28/15)

 Objectives: 1) I can understand what Hanyu pinyin is. 2) I can say simple Chinese greeting terms. 2) I can work independently or with a partner to complete China reading packet.

Homework: 1) China reading packet due at the end of class today. 2) Review learned greeting terms. 3) Signature slip is due tomorrow.

Procedure:

1.   1) Any signature slips? 2) Go over Hanyu pinyin handout. 3) Teach term (3P: Ni Hao; 5P: Ni Hao, Ni Shi).

2.   Pair / independent work: China reading packet. Collect!!
