Procedures for 8/27/15

Procedure:

  1. 1) Opening routine. Turn in your first China reading packet. (8P) Two sets of reading packet turned in without name?? Return Chinese name writing assignment papers. Take one set of Self-Assessment handout. 2) (3P) Get your check or online payment receipt / order form and get ready for picture day.
  2. 1) (8P) Quick review (16 terms). 2) Go over common mistakes in writing Chinese characters. 3) Teach five new terms (wu an, xia wu hao, wan an, wan shang hao, tong xue men hao).
  3. 1) Go over Self-Assessment handout (page 1). 2) (8P) Speaking practice.

 

 


Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 6P / 7P (8/27/15)

 Objectives: 1) I can say / comprehend simple Chinese greeting terms / Classroom Expressions.   2) I can write simple Chinese characters. 3) I can gain cultural knowledge about major cities in China.

Homework: 1) Review 17 learned Chinese terms. 2) Review 5 learned Chinese characters and complete writing assignment.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Turn in your China reading packet (2 sheets). 2) Quick review (12 terms). 3) Teach 5 new terms (shang ke, xia ke, dong le ma, dong le, bu dong). 3) Review 3 learned Chinese characters. 4) Teach 2 new Chinese characters (shui, huo).
  2. Video time: videos (Beijing, Shanghai).
