Procedure for MS Chinese I 3P / 8P (10/9/15)

 

Objectives: I can showcase my mastery of Lessons One and Two materials.

Homework: Lesson Four character definitions.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Opening routine. Take one copy of Lesson Four character worksheet. Turn in your Lesson Two character worksheet. Return Quiz #5 papers.
  2. Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 6P / 7P (10/9/15)

 

Objectives: 1) I can say / comprehend Chinese greeting terms / classroom expressions.   2) I can write simple Chinese characters. 3) I can gain geographical knowledge about China. 4) I can complete a China reading packet.

Homework: 1) Review 16 learned greeting terms & 6 learned Chinese characters. 2) China reading packet is due on Monday, 10/12/15.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Take one copy of handout, please. Take one netbook, turn it on and activate a browser. Set it aside. 2) Quick review 13 learned greeting terms & 4 characters. 3) Teach 3 new terms (Dong le ma, Dong le, Bu Dong) + 2 new characters (水, 月).
  2. 1) Video time: Introduction to China / (木, 口, 鱼, 月) / Great Wall of China. 2) Independent work / Pair work: Chinese reading packet.
