Procedure for MS Chinese I 3P / 8P (10/12/15)

Objectives: 1) I can blend and discriminate consonants, vowels and tones. 2) I can identify people in Chinese.
Homework: 1) Review (b, p) sections. 2) Complete Chinese character writing assignment. Know these four characters by Wednesday, 10/14/15. 3) Oral quiz (bpmf, dtnl): Monday, 10/19/15.
Procedure:
1. 1) Opening routine. Take one copy of (b, p, m, f) handout. Captains check Lesson Four character definitions. Return Lesson Two character worksheet. (8P) Return Lessons One and Two chapter test papers. Two audio files (bpmf, dtnl) were sent to you last night. Chapter test data analysis. 2) Go over common writing mistakes (好, 李, 老).
2. 1) Teach (b, f) sections. 2) Teach (谁, 马, 克, 啊).

Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 6P / 7P (10/12/15)

Objectives: 1) I can say / comprehend simple Chinese greeting terms / Classroom Expressions. 2) I can write simple Chinese characters. 3) I can gain cultural knowledge about major cities in China.
Homework: Review 21 learned Chinese terms + 8 learned Chinese characters and complete writing assignment.
Procedure:
1. 1) The due date for China reading packet is extended to the end of today. 2) Quick review (16 terms + 6 characters). 3) Teach 4 new terms (qi li, jing li, qing zuo, zuo xia). 4) Teach 2 new Chinese characters (日, 人). Collect.
2. 1) Video time: (Beijing, Shanghai). 2) Showcase artifacts: Chinese publications.
