Procedure for MS Chinese I 3P / 8P (11/4/15)

 

Objectives: 1) I can showcase my mastery of Lesson Four materials. 2) I can sight read multi-syllables proficiently.

Homework: 1) Lesson Five character definitions. 2) Quiz #8 oral part: tomorrow.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Turn in your Lesson Four character worksheet. Take one copy of Lesson Five character worksheet. (3P: Jacob, Dylan, Suzie, Justin, Scott, Evan, Zachary, Liam, Kaitlyn, Siena, Jackson; 8P: Claire, Conor, Hailey) complete your oral exam in class or your study hall time. 2) Lesson Four chapter test.
  2. 1) Practice reading (zh, ch, sh, r, c, z, s) and multi-syllable handout. 2) Complete Lesson Five character definitions.

 

 

 

 

Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 6P / 7P (11/4/15)

 

Objectives: 1) I can talk about my favorite food in Chinese.   2) I can showcase my mastery of colors and family unit. 3) I can brainstorm ideas about my art project through viewing sample projects (drawings and/or PPTs).

Homework: N/A

Procedure:

  1. 1) Quiz #2. Collect your flash cards, if not needed. 2) Pass out food handout. Learn to pronounce your favorite food. 3) Teach (xi huan, chi). Write sentences #7-#10 (animal, sport, color, food). Read sentences #1-#10. Collect.
  2. Showcase drawing art project samples.
