Procedure for MS Chinese I 3P / 8P (5/4/16)

 

Objectives: 1) I can design and create a flying kite.  2) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese Kites.

Homework: 1) Kite is due on next Monday.  Turn in ASAP.  Check your e-mail for kite-making instruction packet.  2) Skit presentation starts from tomorrow.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Opening routine. 2) Video clips: Chinese Kite.
  2. Seat work: Making kite.


 

Procedure for MS Exploratory Chinese 7P (5/4/16)

 

Objectives: 1) I can showcase my mastery of Chinese greeting terms and classroom expressions.  2) I can say / write numbers in Chinese.  3) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese commercials of international food / drinks franchises.       

Homework: 1) Chinese character writing assignment.  2) Test #2: Friday, 5/13/16.

Procedure:

  1. 1) Quick review. Chang checks status of your completion of cutting paper patterns.  2) Test #1.  3) Teach (四, 五, 六)
  2. Video clips: Shaolin Monks w/Pepsi, Coca Cola, and McDonald.
