Procedures for HS 1P/2P Chinese IV Class (8/31/16)

Objectives: 1) I can present a story. 2) I can create an oral presentation and a written presentation.
Homework: Complete all written projects / presentation
Procedure:
1. 1) Narration presentation. 2) (2P) Writing practice (#1-#2). 3) Teach enrichment vocabulary (学年,学期, 季).

2. 1) Brain breaker activities. 2) Seat work: Speaking task / Summer break activity project / skit card dialogue.

Procedure:
1. 1) Return China reading packet #2.  (Malina, Kate) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Housekeeping announcement (absence + HS credit). 2) Quick review (8-digit dictation + speaking). 3) Video clips: Hong Kong / Macao.

Procedure:
1. 1) Return papers. Video: Growth Mind set. POWs, weekly i-Ready, Team Challenge, and Math XL all weigh 10 points. But percentage your get on MathXL is what I go by to enter into PB. Hudson’s & Vanja’s team members?? Vote for test date….2) Quick check. Use your dry erase board and marker.

Homework: 1) Review p. 87 for in-class activity tomorrow.  2) Draft your 1st speaking task.
Procedure:
1.  1) Take a copy of Lesson Eight text passages.  Check your e-mail for poem / tongue twister handout.  Read text.  Practice tongue twister.  2) Read feedback from Ms. Chang / Ask questions / Narration delivery.   3) Skit cards. Draft your description…

Procedure:
1.   1) Remember to check your e-mail, please.  Pass out signature slip and passes.  Go over housekeeping routine while a best west palm beach roofing company  do the repairs in the house.  2) Go over syllabus.  3) Go over Goals-Setting Form.

Procedures For HS 1P / 2P Chinese IV Class

Objectives: 1) I can understand Ms. Chang’s grading policy.  2) I can play a game to know my classmates.
Homework:  1) Master all time phrases for a game tomorrow!  2) Goals-setting form is due by the end of Friday, 8/19/16 (Google Docs or e-mail me your work).
Procedure:
1.    1) Take a netbook according to your seat number.  Log in to your gmail account.  Create a folder and label it as Chinese IV class.  Drag all Ms. Chang’s emails to this folder from now on.  2) Check your e-mail  Download the attachments and review homework for tonight.  3) Introduce  2 new students at 1P / 1 new student at 2P.  4) Go over time phrases handout.
2.    1) (1P) Return work from Chinese I.  2) Game time (Chinese).
