Procedures for 3/27/17

Procedure for HS 1P/20 Chinese IV Class (3/27/17)

Objectives: 1) 我會讨论我的课程。2) I can create a skit dialogue with a partner.
Homework: 1) 四月三日星期一演示 (yǎn shì: presentation)第四课短剧. 2) 三月二十九日星期三晚上十一点五十九分前交第四季第一个短剧对白。
Procedure:
1. 1) 拿一个电脑. Create your yabla account. (Josh/Patrick, Natalia) talk to Ms. Chang, please. 2) Quick review. 3) Teach (肯定,至于,另外)。
2. 1) Check your Lesson Four skit draft for comments. 2) Seat work: 4th quarter 1st quarter skit dialogue.

 

Procedure for MS 5P Chinese I Class (3/27/17)

Objectives: 1) I can talk about sports. 2) I can prepare for my test and skit presentation.
Homework: 1) Skit presentation starts tomorrow, 3/28/17. 2) Lesson Grammar W/S is due tomorrow, 3/28/17. 3) Sports slide is due tonight. 4) Oral exam: Wednesday, 3/29/17.
Procedure:
1. 1) Get a netbook. Quick review. Study guide has been posted. Read list of students who have not complete this assignment yet. 2) Listening comprehension. 3) Writing practice. 4) Read text passages 77-79.
2. 1) Oral Q/A + skit rehearsal time. Collect. 2) Seat work: slide / grammar corrections worksheet / VC activities.

 

Procedure for MS 7P Exploratory Class (3/27/17)

Objectives: 1) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese table manners. 2) I can talk about myself in Chinese. 3) I can brainstorm ideas for my art project through viewing sample projects. 4) I can explore Chinese folk art of cutting paper patterns.
Homework: Quiz #1: tomorrow, 3/28/17.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return papers. (Aleks) talk to Ms. Chang, please. 2) Go over quiz tomorrow. Count from zero to one hundred. 3) Teach (baba, mama, gege, didi, jiejie, meimei, he, liang). 4) Write/Read sentence #4. 5) Complete 2 paper patterns. Collect for grade.

Procedure for MS 8P Pre-Algebra Class (3/27/17)

Objectives: I can solve systems of linear equations graphically through a 4-level project.
Homework: 1) i-Ready cycle: 3/27/17-4/2/17. 2) Unit #17 quiz: tomorrow. 3) POW #21 is due on Friday, 3/31/17.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return papers for corrections. (Leo, Kate, Renee, Bobby, Lily, Maddie, Vanja, Alyssa, Shawn–Quick Check; Kate, Anthony: worksheet) talk to Ms. Chang, please.  2) Go over a few notes (let statements, write a system of equations, etc. ).

2. Seat work: Study guide + Turn in your project by the end of class period
