Procedure for HS 1P/ 2P Chinese IV Class (3/21/17)

Objectives: 1) I can create a skit with two partners. 2) I can polish my listening comprehension through viewing video clips. 3) I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.
功课: 1) 三月二十四日星期五以前要背诗(shī)/说绕口令 (rào kǒu lìng)。2) 三月二十四日要交短剧对白. 3) 三月二十一日星期二晚上十一点五十九分前交电影问题功课。
1. 1) Quick review (选, 门, 世, 界, 政, 治). 2) Conversation Q/A. 3) Writing practice. 4) Complete 1 activity of video comprehension questions.
2. Seat work: 1) brainstorm / draft your skit. 2) Complete your movie comprehension questions.

Procedure for MS 5P Chinese I Class (3/21/17)

Objectives: 1) I can create a skit with a partner. 2) I can talk about sports. 3) I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.
Homework: 1) Review learned characters. 2) Lessons 8 and 9 skit is due on Friday, 3/24/17.
1. 1) Get a netbook. (Nick, Malina) talk to Ms. Chang, please. 2) Quick review. 3) Go over text book pages 77-79. 4) Writing practice.
2. 1) Oral practice. Q/A. 2) Seat work: draft / brainstorm your skit.

Procedure for MS 7P Exploratory Class (3/21/17)

Objectives: 1) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese lucky and /unlucky numbers. 2) I can explore origami. 3) I can prepare for my chapter test.
Homework: 1) Review 20 learned characters for test #2 tomorrow, 3/22/17. 2) Turn in your writing assignment tomorrow.

2. 2) Video clip: Peking roast duck + potato. 2) Culture reading: Chinese lucky and unlucky numbers. 3) Origami time.


Procedure for MS 8P Pre-Algebra Class (3/21/17)

Objectives: I can solve systems of linear equations.
Homework: 1) i-Ready cycle: 3/20/17-3/26/17. 2) Complete Unit #17 Level I work by the end of class period today.
1. 1) Return papers (team challenge, 5-level project, etc). 2) (Anthony, Shawn, Bobby, Jimmy, Tommy, Kate, Vanja) have not turned in your pretest result. 3) (Hudson, Leo) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Complete Level 2 work. 4) Treat time (Jake, Vanja, Kate, T.J., Grant, Tyler, Sofia, Neela, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Maddie). 5) Change seat.

2. Seat work: Follow each level of work to complete daily assignment.
