Procedure for HS 1P/ 2P Chinese IV Class (3/9/17)

Objectives: I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.

Procedure:
1. 1) Check your Lesson Five character definitions. Turn in your Lesson Four character worksheet. 2) Return chapter test papers for review. 3) (1P: Natalia; 2P: Ben, Shaan, Logan) talks to Ms. Chang, please. (1P: Michael, Sara, Evy, Hanna, Maddy, Patrick, Natalia, Aaron, Josh, Ian) complete your oral exam, please.
2. Oral exam + retakes <=> study session.

 

Procedure for MS 5P Chinese I Class (3/9/17)

Objectives: 1) I can showcase my mastery of lesson eight conversation questions. 2) I can prepare for my chapter test.
Homework: Complete all oral exam by the end of today.
Procedure:
1. 1) (Malina, Treyven, Travis, Marina, Tiffany, Reyna) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Check VC for Ms. Chang’s feedback, please. 2) Quick review + VC responses. 3) Go over text pages 74-76.

2. Oral exam (Kevin, Joe, Nick, Emma, Karli, Julianna, Aidan, Corey, Leah) <=> seat work: study session / pair work: conversation practice.

 

Procedure for MS 7P Exploratory Class (3/9/17)

Objectives: 1) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese school, Chinese calligraphy and how Chinese characters evolve through the years.. 2) I can say simply Chinese greeting terms and classroom expressions. 3) I can write simple Chinese characters.
Homework: Review 26 learned terms + 8 characters.
Procedure:
1. 1) Quick review. 2) Teach (shang ke, xia ke, dui bu qi, mei guan xi). 3)Teach characters (日, 月). Collect.
2. 1) Video clips: Chinese school + Chinese calligraphy (2) + Character animation (月).

 

Procedure for MS 8P Pre-Algebra Class (3/9/17)

Objectives: I can solve linear equation.
Homework: 1) i-Ready cycle: 3/6/17-3/12/17. 2) POW #19 is due tomorrow.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return papers + everyone’s pile for corrections. One paper with name (Maddie)?? (Lily, Neela, Vanja, Bobby, Tommy, Connor) talk to Ms. Chang, please. 2) (Jesse, Alyssa, Maddie, Jacob, Shawn, Jimmy, Anthony, Connor) have mistake in your practice worksheet.
2. Please follow your procedure to complete your work today + i-Ready.
