Procedure for HS 1P / 2P Chinese IV class (4/6/17)

Objective: I can explore Chinese martial arts with Kung Fu fan

Homework: slang quiz tomorrow.

Procedure:

Follow Ms. Zhang’s instructions to learn steps and gestures.

Procedure for MS 5P Chinese I Class (4/6/17)

Objectives: I can describe my physical appearance.
Homework: 1) Wear something comfortable for martial arts lesson tomorrow. 2) Body parts paragraph is due tomorrow.
Procedure:
1. 1) Take one netbook. Ask for a chapter test retake form, if needed. (Karli, Leah / Victoria / Tina / Michael) talk to Ms. Chang, please. (Kevin, Marina*, Reyna, Julianna, Leah, Carson, Malina): retake oral at E/I tomorrow. 2) Teach (长, 短,耳朵,眉毛,朋友,学校).
2. 1) Song time: Where is my friend? 2) Seat work <=> Conversation questions practice + Draft your sentences and Google Docs share with Ms. Chang, please.

 

Procedure for MS 7P Exploratory Chinese Class (4/6/17)

Objectives: 1) I can create an art project with what I have learned. 2) I can talk about myself in Chinese. 3) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese martial arts and traditional sports. 4) I can explore tangram piece game.
Homework: Art project is due today.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return quiz papers. 2) Ms. Chang checks every one’s art project.  3) Tangram pieces game <=> Oral presentation (Aleks, Alex, Kylie, Philip, Tyler).

 

Procedure for MS 8P Pre-Algebra Class (4/6/17)

Objectives: I can solve systems of linear equations algebraically.
Homework: 1) MathXL #18 work is at 8 am tomorrow. 2) i-Ready new cycle: 4/3/17-4/9/17. 3) Unit #18 project + POW #22 + Unit #18 quiz: tomorrow.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return papers. Treat time (Renee, Hudson). You will earn no credit if you do not follow equal value method or substitution method to solve the problems. 2) Go over equal value + substitution methods.
2. Seat work: Project + POW #22 + i-Ready.
