Procedures for 9/29/2017

HS 1P/3P Algebra I Class (9/29/17)

 

Objectives: I can write equations of lines with given information.
Homework: 1) Chapter two team test next Monday. 2) Textbook page 85 (Problems #2-96 to #2-100). 3) Chapter Two individual test is rescheduled to Thursday, 10/5/17 due to an assembly on Friday, 10/6/17. 4) Chapter Two Review Worksheet is due on Wednesday, 10/4/2017.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return homework + quiz #7 papers. Turn in your closure homework, please. 2) Quiz #8. 3) Work on your retakes, if necessary.
2. 1) Take one netbook and log in to do a Desmos activity with specified class code. 2) When you are done with the activity and have a 75% accuracy rate, you can get and work on Chapter Two study guide (review worksheet). 3) (3P) BeeTV announcement.

 

MS 5P Chinese I Class (9/27/17)

Objectives: 1) I can showcase my mastery of blending and discriminating vowels and consonants. 2) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival.
Homework: 1) Know 5 learned characters by next Monday, 10/2/17. 2) Complete extension installation by Monday 10/2/17. 4) Mid-Autumn Festival worksheet is due on Monday, 10/2/17.
Procedure:
1. 1) Greetings. 2) Quiz #7.
2. Oral part <=> Mid-Autumn Festival worksheet.

 

 

MS 7P Exploratory Chinese (9/29/17)

Objectives: 1) I can play a Chinese game. 2) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese leisure activities, Chinese zodiac and panda stories.
Homework: n/a
Procedure:
1. 1) (Logan, Julien) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Showcase Chinese class activities. 2) Culture reading: Chinese leisure activities + Showcase artifacts (chess, mahjong, go). 4) Video clip: Chinese programs in American Schools.
2. 1) Final review. 2) Game time: Follow the leader.
