HS 1P/3P Algebra I Class (10/19/17)

Objectives: I can use generic rectangles to multiply expressions.
Homework: Section 3.2.4 Page 118 (#3-70 to #3-75, skip #3-74)
& 3.2.4 Math Notes.
1. 1) Return homework, quiz #11 papers and worksheet. (1P: Amir / Marco, Sarah; 3P: Brian, Maria / Bella) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Turn in worksheet from yesterday. Station activity tomorrow. Count as chapter 3 team test grade. Complete exponent practice worksheet for retake, please. 2) Check H/W. Questions? Collect.
2. 1) In class discussion (#3-65 to #3-68). 2) (3P) BeeTV announcement.


MS 5P Chinese I Class (10/19/17)

Objectives: I can showcase my mastery of greetings
Homework: 1) Quiz #10 (sounding out multiple syllables): Monday, 10/30/17. 2) Quiz #11 (front and back nasal sounds): Tuesday, 10/31/17. 3) Lesson Four character definitions is due tomorrow.
1. 1) Greetings. (Jacob, Jimmy, Vince, Hallie) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Turn in your Lesson Two character worksheet.
2. 1) Lesson Two chapter test. 2) If you are done, listen to multiple syllable handout audio recording + listen/view enrichment video clips in the Google Docs that Ms. Chang shared with you yesterday.


MS 7P Exploratory Chinese (10/19/17)

Objectives: 1) I can say and write simple Chinese numbers. 2) I can have fun exploring origami.
Homework: 1) Review 17 characters. 2) Chinese character writing assignment.
1. 1) Return test #1 papers. 2) Quick review (14 characters). 2) Teach (七, 八, 九). 3) Showcase silk cocoon, paper-cut and embroidery products.
2. 1) Pass out colored papers. 2) Origami time.
