HS 1P/3P Algebra I Class (10/24/17)

Objectives: I can showcase my mastery of exponents and distributive property.
Homework: N/A
Procedure:
1. 1) Return papers. Check ProgressBook for any mistakes, please. (1P: Marco, Kane, Lily, Jordan, Vlad; 3P: Tim, Caroline, Christian, Jack, Carly) turn in your chapter three review worksheet, please. Get your binder out if you have not shown to Ms. Chang, please.
2. Chapter three individual test. If you are done, you can do other things except taking out your cell phone.

 

MS 5P Chinese I Class (10/24/17)

Objectives: 1) I can sight read multiple syllables accurately and fluently. 2) I can blend and discriminate vowels and consonants. 3) I can work with a partner to create a skit.
Homework: 1) Review (‘ong’, ‘uang’, ‘iang’) sections. 2) Practice sight read multiple syllable handouts.
Procedure:
1. 1) Greetings. Take one copy of Lessons 2-4 skit handout. 2) Teach (‘ong’, ‘uang’, ‘iang’) sections. 3) Sight read multiple syllables handout.
2. 1) Go over skit handout / Chinese name slip. 2) Pair work: create and work on your skit.

 

MS 7P Exploratory Chinese (10/24/17)

Objectives: 1) I can talk about myself in Chinese. 2) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese leisure activities.
Homework: 1) Review 20 learned characters. 2) Review counting principle.
Procedure:
1. 1) Take one copy of oral presentation handout. (Ayden) talks to Ms. Chang, please. Return papers. 2) Complete origami. Collect.
2. 1) Go over oral presentation handout. 2) Write sentences #1-#2. Read sentences #1-#2. 2) Culture reading: Chinese leisure activities.
3) Showcase artifacts.
