HS 1P/3P Algebra I Class (10/31/17)

Objectives: I can work with multi-variable equations and solve for one variable.
Homework: Section 3.3.2 Pages 126-127 (#3-99~#3-104).
Procedure:
1. 1) Return homework and quiz papers. (1P: Sydney, Natalie; 3P: Brianna, Maria, Emma) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Practice problems for retake, please. 2) Check H/W. Questions? Collect.
2. 1) In class discussion (#3-90~ #-91 & worksheet). 2) (3P) BeeTV announcement. 3) Kahoot review game.

 

MS 5P Chinese I Class (10/31/17)

Objectives: 1) I can showcase my mastery of Chinese front/back nasal sounds. 2) I can gain cultural knowledge about Chinese birthday celebration customs.
Homework: 1) Quiz #11 (multiple syllables): tomorrow. 2) Complete exit slip before the end of the class period.
Procedure:
1. 1) Greetings. Take one culture reading exit slip + an article. Sign up your order of taking oral part on the board, please. 2) Quiz #10.
2. 1) While Ms. Chang conducts reading part <=> Practice reading multiple syllables / front & back nasal sounds + answer exit slip questions (return the article to its original place and keep your exit slip ) + draft your skit.

 

MS 7P Exploratory Chinese (10/31/17)

Objectives: 1) I can showcase my mastery of 20 Chinese characters. 2) I can talk about myself in Chinese.
Homework: 1) Quiz #1 (connecting the dots): tomorrow. 2) Brainstorm ideas for your art project.
Procedure:
1. 1) Return draft #1. Pass out colors flashcards. 2) Teach (hong se, huang se, hei se, bai se). 3) Test #2.
2. 1) Browse through drawing art project sample. 2) Teach (shang, nian ji). 3) Write sentence #6. Read sentences #1-#6.
