HS 1P/3P Algebra I Class (1/22/18)

Objectives: I can draw a line of best fit, make predictions based on their linear model, and will interpret slope and y‑intercept in context.
Homework: 1) Formative #20 (Line of Best Fit & Make Predictions): Wednesday, 1/24/18. 2) Section 6.1.1 Pages 249-250 (#6-4 ~ #6-9).
1. 1) Sit on your new seat. Collect your cell phone. Dress code pilot plan. Welcome our new classmates (1P: Brandon Heinlen; 3P: Kevin Hatfield). Brandon / Kevin signs up for your textbook + get Student Inventory worksheet. (1P: Michael; 3P: Marko) talks to Ms. Chang, please. (Brandon / Kevin) go to media center for e-mail account, please. 2) Return midterm exam papers for review. Recognition time + Analysis of midterm exam result. Celebration! 3) Motivational Monday routine.
2. 1) Review textbook page 155. 2) Get a netbook / headphone + In class discussion (Line of Best Fit activity). 2) (3P) BeeTV announcement.


MS 5P Chinese I Class (1/22/18)

Objectives: 1) I can prepare for my Lesson Six chapter test. 2) I can describe myself and my family members. 3) I can ask and answer simple conversation questions.
Homework: 1) Family slides are due this Friday, 1/26/18. 2) Lesson Six chapter test: Monday, 1/29/18. 2) Practice Lesson Six oral section questions. 3) Oral exam: this Wednesday-Thursday.
1. 1) Greetings. Draw a stick for your 3rd quarter seat. 2) Captains check completion of Lesson Seven character definitions. (Sofia, Miriam, Calvin / Neela, Joey, Jesse) talk to Ms. Chang, please. 2) Quick review (characters). 3) Go over year-end PPT checklist.


MS 7P Exploratory Chinese (1/22/18)

Objectives: 1) I can understand Ms. Chang’s classroom rules and routine. 2) I can complete a student survey.
Homework: Signature slip is due on Friday, 1/26/18.
1. 1) Sit on your assigned seat. 2) Check your team assignment. 3) Go over Ms. Chang’s classroom (handouts/homework/supplies) / opening routine + daily blog.
2. 1) Pass out / Go over Ms. Chang’s classroom rules. 2) Pass out / fill in Student Inventory. Will continue tomorrow.
