HS 1P/3P Algebra I Class (4/20/18)

Objectives: 1) I can solve linear inequalities in one variable and represent the solutions on a number line. 2) I can solve linear inequalities in one variable by finding a boundary point and testing a value in the inequality..
Homework: 1) 9.2.1 & 9.2.2 Homework Worksheet (9-51 to 9-54 & 9-63)
9.2.1 Math Notes — Inequality Symbols. 2) Formative #30 (quadratic formula): Monday, 4/23/18; Formative #31 (inequalities): Wednesday, 4/25/18.
Procedure:
1. 1) (1P: Brandon; 3P: Lidia, Bella) talk to Ms. Chang, please. Show Mr. Ast’s e-mail. Final exam schedule. Collect your cell phone. (1P) Clarify homework from yesterday + old Motivational Monday video. 2) (1P) Pass out Section 9.1.4 Which Strategy to Choose handout.
2. 1) In class Math Notes & discussion (Pages 433-434 / 437-438: #9-44 ~ #9-48, #9-56 ~ #9-58). 2) (3P) BeeTV announcement.

 

MS 5P Chinese I Class (4/20/18)

Objectives: 1) I can describe my physical appearance. 2) I can measure my growth in Mandarin Chinese speaking skill.
Homework: 1) Know 8 body parts for Simon Says game on next Monday. 2) Sport slide is due on next Monday.
Procedure:
1. 1) Must complete SLO by the end of today. (Jesse + Ann) talk to Ms. Chang, please. (Joey, Ian, Isabel, Miriel / Jacob + Joey) report to Ms. Chang at E/I, please. (Jesse, Sam) report to Ms. Chang at 8P, please. Body parts / Food handouts are available under PB Resources link.
