Procedures for 10/3/12

Procedure for HS 1P Chinese III (10/3/12)

目标: 1) I can use an interactive game to review Ni Hao Two unit reviewtest. 2) I can ask and answer simple Chinese conversation questions. 3) I can collect weather information about a particular city through internet research.
功课: 1) Practice your conversation questions for oral test, if you are not done today. 2) Study for your Ni Hao Two test. 3) Collect information / draft your text for your weather project. 4) E-mail Ms. Chang your pen pal letter for next Monday’s presentation.
程序:
1. 1) Turn in two copies of your final pen pal letter w/pictures and art work (one copy for Ms. Chang to mail out and one copy to post in the classroom). 2) Go to I drive, click Ms. Chang’s folder, click 3rd edition folder, and click Ni Hao 2 game to play/review Lessons 1-8 for your test.
2. Pick out a city of your choice, research / collect its weather condition information, apply your information, design your PPT, Publisher project or Glogster multi-media poster to present your city. Search Glogster tutorial / how to use glogster in YouTube.
3. Wait for your turn to have the oral test.

Procedure for HS 1P (2/28/11)

Objectives: 1) Students will be able to introduce their family and pets.  2) Students will be able to gain oral fluency.

Homework: WB page 47.

Procedure:

1.   1) Turn in your skit script with checklist.  2) Makeup work (Abdussamad, Josh, Darian).  3) Conference night from 4-7 PM on this Thursday night.  Parents are welcome to stop by.

2.   Skit presentation.

3.   1) Read text passages on pages 54-56.

Procedure for HS 2P (2/28/11)

Procedure for HS 1P/2P/9P (6/3/09)

 

Objective: Students will demonstrate their mastery of materials in 2nd semester writing section semester exam today. 

H/W: Review Study Guide for semester exam

Procedure:

1.      1) Turn in your note card for Ms. Chang to check before you use it.  2) Turn in your textbook when you submit your exam paper.  Friday is the last to return your textbook to avoid seeing staff in the office and paying fines.

2.      Quick review.

3.      Quiz time.

 

MS 3P/5P (6/3/09)

 

Objective: Students will learn body parts for the games today.

N/W: N/A

Procedure:

  1. 1) Turn in any make up work (3P: Taras).  2) Bring in your art supplies, note cards, etc for art project tomorrow.  It is due on Friday. 
  2. Pass out Body Parts handout.  Teach new terms. 
  3. Sing “Head, Shoulder, Knee and Toe” song in Chinese.
  4. Introduce “Simon Says (Chang Lao Shi says)” and “Follow the Leader” games
  5. Game time.
