Welcome back to the 2008-2009 school year. I have to say that although summer was great, I did miss my friends and the students at Hilton. It was so fun to see all the shiny happy people in the halls the first week. Please check below for the phonics dance and alphabet chants. I will eventually post them on the side for easy access.
Summer is just around the corner, with just a few days of school left. I hope all of you spend just a little time reading and writing every few days so that you come back to school READY!

Hooray! I was finally able to get my digital recorder to work. Here is an audio file of our alpahbet chant, recorded back in January! Next I will work on recording our Phonics Dance and the shortened version of the alphabet chant. alphabet-chant.wav
Please take a look at our new gallery pictures. We have some from right to read week and music therapy. If the pictures come up super large on your computer, click on the picture and it should shrink down for you to see. This happens only at my work computer, not at home. I have no idea why there’s a difference! Hopefully you can view them at home with no problems.
