Mrs. Jagielo’s Blog
Posted by Jane Jagielo on 20th August and posted in Front Page
My name is Jane Jagielo, and this is my 14th year teaching in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Baldwin Wallace College, and my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Foundations/Gifted Education is from Cleveland State University. I formerly taught fourth and fifth grade in the district, and this will be my second year teaching the challenge class. My husband, Bob, and I live in Broadview Heights. We have four wonderful children, Kim, Colleen, Michelle and Aaron. My life out of school is very busy keeping up with our 4 (and almost 5!) adorable grandchildren! I hope you enjoy my first attempt at a blog this year!
A Blog is a type of online diary that people can write journal entries and post them online. These entries may contain pictures, or file attachments, or links to other things online. Each week I will post a newsletter that will let you know what we are doing in class. This will keep you updated with weekly curriculum, homework, and any other events happening in our classroom. On the left side of this blog you will notice the section on categories. This is where you will find links to spelling tests, special websites, listen to the reading stories on line, and many other important links to our curriculum.
