LEGO WeDo Kits Were a HIT!

This week, we used our LEGO WeDo kits to introduce coding and robotics to our second and third-grade students.  It is always AWESOME to see these students follow visual directions and complete the coding to make their robots move!  Check it out! Thanks again to the BBH Schools Foundation for these awesome kits!

HD Meets the MS!

In December 2016, we were able to take 15 third grade students to the BBH Middle School to do an Intro. to Coding lesson with the Advanced Computers class taught by Mr. Ryan MacRaild.  We had a great time and get to dive into some pretty heavy coding skills!  Thanks to Mr. MacRaild and his 8th grade students for the lesson and the hospitality. On our way out, we took a detour into the STEM room run by Mrs. Cathy Roderick.  We cannot wait to go back!
