Getting to Know You!

The students have been interviewing each other as well as friends and relatives. Please view our interviews on the category link called “Interviews”. All of the interviews haven’t been posted yet, but most of them are there.

Thanks to all of the parents who participated in our Halloween Party. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Craciun for organizing the party. We also thank all of the parents who sent in desserts, food, treat bags and drinks. Everyone did a fantastic job! The party was so enjoyable for the kids!

Our holiday service project has begun. Students wrote letters to family and friends requesting donations. Several of our Social Studies standards are being met with this project. And best of all, the students are helping children in need in the Cleveland Schools. Please send in all donations by November 17th. We will assemble and decorate the donation boxes before the teachers take them to Citizen’s Academy in Cleveland. Please be sure to send in new or like new donations. If you have extra donations, Mrs. Jagielo and I will be making extra boxes. Thank you for being so supportive!

Interview of Mrs. Lant by Tiffany

I interviewed Mrs. Lant. Her favorite color is blue and she’s more likely to like in the future instead of the past. She rather lived on the bottom of the Grand Canyon instead of the top of Mount Everest. Her favorite animal is a puppy and her hobby is scrapbooking. Her favorite food is lobster and she has a hamster named Hammy. She watched Cloudy with a chance of meatballs the movie and she liked it and her favorite movie is Toy Story. She rather lived in the sky then underground. Her favorite pizza place is pizza hut. Her favorite restraunt is Cosmel’s, a Mexican restraunt, and her dream car is a Mustang car. The state she would like to go to is California and she doesn’t like to grade papers. The country she’d like to visit is Germany. Her favorite book is The Giving Tree. Her least favorite animal is a shark. She likes the snakes and she would hold a snake, too. She would rather go to Mercury than Pluto. Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. She believes in ghosts, too. She wants to be a witch for Halloween. She rather make a scary pumpkin than a sad one. Her favorite candy is Reese’s Cups.
