MACBETH ESSAY DUE DATE = MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD (it will be a 2nd quarter grade)

Extra Credit Option

  • If you are on the bubble, you may choose to complete the following assignment for extra points.  On the bubble means 1 or 2 percent away from the next grade.
  • Research a historical aspect of the play (the real Macbeth, Banquo or Duncan; withcraft during Macbeth’s time; battles and the army during Macbeth’s time; role of women during Macbeth’s time; etc.)
  • Cite correctly for direct quotes and paraphrases.
  • Provide a correct MLA works cited page.
  • Minimum of one full paragraph, maximum of two.

Today we finished reading Macbeth just in time for our field trip tomorrow! 

THEATER REMINDERS:

1. No electronic devices.

2. No food in the theater.

3. No jeans.

4. Be respectful - this is a live performance and as such you will need to remain quiet.

5. Pack a lunch.

6. Sit with your class.
