Course Description International Current Events examines the foreign policy of the United States from World War II to the present. It focuses on current issues and pressing questions. For example, how will the United States confront international terrorism. What should be the role of the United States in finding a peaceful solution in the Middle East? How should the U.S. plan future defense spending to be militarily prepared for current and future world situations?
