3rd Grade 2008-2009

Welcome to Mr. Wasil’s Third Grade Classroom Blog. A Blog is a type of online diary that people can write journal entries and post them online. These entries may contain pictures, or file attachments, or links to other things online. When people read these entries, they can post comments about them and form an online discussion. There are three main purposes for my Blog. |
| 1. To keep my students and parents updated on daily homework, weekly curriculum and events in my classroom. |
| 2. To allow students and parents access to information that will help them succeed in 3rd grade. |
| 3. To give students a chance to express their ideas and to comment on weekly questions posted by me. |

On the left side of this page are the categories I feel are important to my classroom. Students and parents can access spelling lists, hear the reading stories read aloud, view PowerPoint presentations, download study guides and much more. At the bottom of each post, students and parents can click on comments and post their own comments/suggestions. I look forward to reading your comments.

Hi Mr Wasil!
How are you? Personally, I’m great! I love school this year. I have four teachers; Mrs.Kotik and Mrs.Wiesler-homeroom( Math and L.A.), Mrs.Paskert-Social Studies and MR. KUCHARSKI-Science. I like all subjects, but I get at least 5 pages of homework a night. Guess what, my timed test yesterday was 1.50. I want to race you one day. Practice makes perfect. Erica Gieci, Grant Gates,and Nick Deuch are in my class. Ihave another surprise, I got an adorable pupppy. His name is Jack, he is black, five months, and is a shih-tzu beashun mix. He is only five pounds and takes up one quarter of aregular sized pillow, and will stay that size forever. he is laying on my floor right now.Gotta Go!

Hi, Mr. Wasil and third grade students. Thank you for posting your awesome website. You certainly are incorporating 21st Century skiils and strategies in your class. I was delighted to see that you use blogs to comment and share ideas. The 3D shapes and Crazy Hat Day videos were another indication of the fun in learning that takes place in this class! Thanks for sharing your website. We can all learn from each other!
hi mr. wasil right now i’m in 4th grade and I have mrs. hallis and mr. kinkoph but there isn’t anyone in my class from last year and i just got a kitten it weighs like half a pound and I have a smart board in classroom it’s really cool see you at fall fest.

Hi Mr.Wasil how are you.I am in fourth grade and in the second quater and I am really enjoying it.I have Mrs.Moser and Mrs.Wable.I have the first lunch at 10:50am and Ilike it like that.We do a lot of things on the computer and I know the stuff because of you.I just thought I would type to you about fourth grade
